New Delhi: Vivo V29e is expected to be launched in the Indian market on August 28. An earlier report had tipped the key specifications, available color options, and design components of the smartphone even before its formal unveiling. Insights on the anticipated pricing and storage options for the Indian market are revealed in the following paper.
According to a recent rumor by The TechOutlook, the next Vivo V29e could be available with two storage options. The starting model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is expected to cost Rs. 26,999
The second model, with 8GB of RAM and a larger 256GB of storage space, could make its India debut at a slightly higher price tag of Rs. 28,999.
According to media sources, Vivo V29e will have a top punch hole cutout in the middle of the 3D curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Arctic Red and Arctic Blue are the two different color options for this smartphone.
The camera arrangement of the upcoming Vivo V29e is expected to include two circular camera islands, which will house the dual rear camera configuration. The rear-mounted 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera may work in conjunction with the primary 64-megapixel camera to offer OIS (optical image stabilization) capability.
The phone is also believed to come with a decent 50-megapixel front-facing camera for taking selfies and enabling video calls.
As per another rumor, the Vivo V29e will include a large 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, 1,300 nits max brightness, 360Hz PWM dimming capability, and a remarkable 93.3 percent screen-to-body ratio.
The smartphone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 695 SoC, which will also be coupled with 8GB of RAM for lag-free performance. According to reports, the phone has a powerful battery of 5,000mAh which supports 44W rapid charging.
